Fitness can be a little intimidating and we understand that.
That is why we offer you a private one-on-one introduction class to come try it for yourself.


NEPA FitCamp places your comfort and enjoyment above all else.  We want you to be comfortable on your first day, which is why we schedule a private one-on-one session for your free trial.  Your Coach will give you a personalized body-weight workout which we will use to teach you the proper form to be injury free and help introduce you slowly to high intensity workouts.  You will be able to participate in a fun learning environment and see how it all works without the worry of moving heavy weights or other people.  To schedule your free private one-on-one class just EMAIL US HERE.  All we ask if that you contact us at least twenty-four hours in advance.
